Psychological Safety is essential for organisations that want to achieve peak performance and retain employees.
The term 'psychological safety' may suggest to you that it has something to do with health and safety but that is not the case. Psycological safety means your employees at all levels feel safe to put forward their own ideas, question the ideas of others, discuss things openly, and feel they are a valued member of the team. It also means allowing for the different personality types and neurodivergance in your business. It can help a lot with getting everyone to work together.
